For-profit colleges promised veterans high-quality degrees. But did the schools fulfill that promise? As a disproportionate share of the billions of dollars for education set aside by the GI Bill ended up at for-profit colleges, FRONTLINE correspondent Martin Smith investigated that question in this short documentary, a follow-up to the 2010 investigation “College, Inc.”.
