The content provided is an official presentation created by the Government Communications Headquarters, which is the British secret intelligence agency. It consists of 50 slides that cover the topic of utilising the internet for psychological operations. The presentation was developed by a specialised unit called the Joint Threat Research Intelligence Group with the purpose of delivering it to the National Security Agency in the United States and other relevant agencies. Snowden’s massive data leak, totalling approximately 1.7 million documents, exposed unprecedented details about the scope of the US government’s surveillance activities.
