Some of the 7 known earth-like planets orbiting the dwarf star "Trappist-1" are located in a habitable zone, meaning there’s a likely chance of liquid water. With the James Webb Telescope, researchers found out the distance of the said star system at only 40 light-years. This makes it the most promising discovery in relation to extraterrestrial life.
